● In original packaging

● With tags attached

● With proof of purchase

2. Exchanges (UAE)

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

● First exchange: Free

● Additional exchanges: AED 30 each

● Subject to stock availability

3. Returns & Refunds (UAE)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

● Refunds issued to original payment method

● AED 60 deducted for delivery & handling

4. International Orders

● Customer pays return shipping

● Refund issued after inspection

● Shipping costs deducted from refund

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
